More than just a diagnosis.
We are your partners in understanding.

We are a multi-disciplinary team of Chartered Psychologists and Therapists in the North West, dedicated to respecting difference and supporting growth.

Our Ethos

Changing the Narrative.

For too long, neurodiversity has been viewed through a lens of “deficit” and “disorder.” At AYC, we take a different approach. While we strictly adhere to diagnostic criteria to ensure your report is legally recognised, a diagnosis is not a label to limit you, it is a key to unlock potential.

We look for strengths, talents, and unique perspectives just as closely as we look for challenges.

We don’t “fix” people. We provide the understanding and strategies needed to thrive in a neurotypical world. We listen. Whether you are a parent fighting for support or an adult seeking answers, your lived experience is the most important data we have.

Meet the Team

Real Experts, Working Together.

Neurodivergence is complex, and it rarely fits into a neat box. That is why we don’t rely on lone clinicians. AYC is one of the few private centres in the UK to offer a true Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) under one roof.
